Fees paid for recruitment, hiring support, or staffing services are subject to this refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Payments are generally non-refundable for:

• Completed recruitment processes
• Resume screening and candidate sourcing already initiated
• Consultation or advisory services
• Subscription-based hiring packages after activation

Refund Conditions

We may offer refunds only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Gross misrepresentation of services
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon services within reasonable timelines
• Significant service disruption caused by our end

Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hr@elxer.com within 14 days of payment. We will review each request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work or unused service credits.

No Liability for Third-Party Actions

We are not responsible for refund-related issues arising from payment gateway delays or third-party service failures.
